Rev. Dr. Lisa Heilig – Toco Hills Community Alliance- Sponsor- Arthur Orekyeh (01/15/2026)

Rev. Dr. Lisa Heilig is currently serving as the Executive Director of Toco Hills Community Alliance, a collaborative non-profit serving the Northeast Atlanta area that provides groceries, hot meals, and referrals to about 700 of families weekly to fulfill the mission of Neighbors Helping Neighbors. She has served in this role since August, 2018, helping to navigate the agency successfully through the COVID crisis. Over the course of her tenure, the agency has tripled the number of families served, increased the number of community partners, and developed a long-range plan.

She has extensive experience in social services, non-profit management, leadership development, and program coordination. Her specialty is assisting communities through times of transition with growth through organizational development and intentional outreach.

In May of 2018, Lisa graduated with a Doctor of Ministry from Columbia Theological Seminary with an emphasis on Gospel, Culture, and the Transformation of the Church. Previously, she received a Master of Divinity degree from Candler School of Theology at Emory University and Bachelor of Arts from Florida Southern College, majoring in English Education.
